Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Croshaa, every product is handmade with love and care. Since our products are unique and crafted on order, we follow a transparent Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Order Cancellation
  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them by emailing us at hello@croshaa.com.
  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Replacements
  • As our products are handmade and customized, we accept returns only in the case of damaged or defective items.
  • Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by sharing unboxing photos/videos as proof.
  • Eligible returns will be replaced with a new product of the same type.
Refunds
  • Refunds are applicable only for damaged/defective products when a replacement is not possible.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items
  • Customized or personalized crochet products.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
  • Items damaged due to misuse after delivery.
